Refund Policy

PhysioQinesis – Physiotherapy & Sports Performance Center, Thane

At PhysioQinesis, we are committed to providing exceptional care and performance training experiences to all our clients. To ensure transparency and fairness, the following refund policy applies to our physiotherapy sessions, sports performance programs, and other services.

1. Physiotherapy Sessions (Online)

  • Cancellation with 24+ hours’ notice: Eligible for a full refund or one-time rescheduling at no extra charge.
  • Cancellation within 24 hours: Subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Rescheduling may be offered once, based on availability.
  • No-shows: No refund will be provided.

2. Sports Performance / Athletic Conditioning Sessions

  • Cancellation 24+ hours in advance: Full refund or session rescheduling.
  • Cancellation within 24 hours: 50% session fee will be charged.
  • No-shows: No refund.

3. Prepaid Packages (Physiotherapy or Performance)

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds allowed within 30 days of purchase for unused sessions only.
  • Sessions Used: Will be deducted at the standard session rate (not the discounted package rate).
  • No refunds after 50% or more of the package has been utilized.
  • Medical Exemptions: In case of injury or medical restrictions, pro-rated refunds may be provided with a valid medical certificate.

4. Workshops, Kids Bootcamps & Special Programs

  • 7+ days before start date: Full refund.
  • 3–6 days before start date: 50% refund.
  • Within 48 hours of start / after commencement: No refund, unless due to a certified medical emergency.
  • Transfers to future batches may be considered based on availability and discretion.

5. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, kindly contact our front desk or email us at frontdesk@physioqinesis.com. Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
